Deep Dive is for personal, non-commercial enjoyment. You may not automate gameplay, redistribute the game as your own, or attempt to disrupt its operation.

All game assets including submarine artwork, ocean visuals, code, and sound design belong to Deep Dive and are protected by copyright. No rights beyond personal play are granted.
4Content
Deep Dive is a peaceful underwater adventure. It contains no violence, gambling, or mature content and is appropriate for all ages.
5Disclaimer
The game is provided "as is." We make no warranty of constant availability and accept no liability for indirect damages from use or unavailability.
6Updates to terms
We may revise these terms. The current version is always available here. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
